Privacy

Can my manager or HR see my accomplishments?

No. Your history is saved in your own Microsoft 365 account and only you can read it. There is no admin dashboard and no central view, and we never see it either.

Does my data leave my company?

No. Everything runs inside your company's Microsoft 365, on your own sign-in. We do not host anything that touches your email, chats, or meetings.

What does it read?

Your own Outlook email, the Teams chats you are part of, and meeting transcripts when Teams transcription is turned on. It saves short summaries of your accomplishments, each with a brief quote from the source so you can check it. It does not save your inbox, chats, or full transcripts.

What about other people in my group chats and meetings?

To understand your work it has to read the threads you are in, which include other people's messages. It is set up to credit only your own contributions. A supporting quote can mention a colleague, and since everything sits in your own OneDrive, you can review or delete any entry.

Can I delete my history?

Yes. It lives in your own account, so it is yours to keep or delete at any time, including after you stop using it.

Requirements

What does my company need to run it?

Microsoft 365 with Outlook and Teams, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate with premium connectors (it uses Dataverse), Power Platform AI prompt credits, and one admin approval in Teams. Meeting transcripts are optional.

The full list with what each piece does is on the pricing section.

I am not sure what my company has. What now?

Start the free trial and tell me what you know. I will check your setup with you before anyone pays anything.

Does IT have to do a lot?

No. A Microsoft 365 admin approves the app in Teams once. After that, each person sets themselves up in about a minute.

We do not use Microsoft 365. Can we still use it?

Not yet. A standalone version for Google Workspace, Slack, and personal email is in the works. Join the waitlist and you will get one email when it opens.

Pricing and the trial

How much does it cost?

$2 per person, per month, billed yearly: $24 per person a year on one invoice. Every update is included. There are no setup fees and no tiers.

Can I try it before buying?

Yes. The trial is free for 30 days and needs no card. If it is saving your team time by then, I send an invoice. If not, there is nothing to cancel.

How do updates work?

Each person's setup checks for new versions on its own and installs them. Updates are included for as long as you subscribe.

Using it

What if I start right before my review?

That works. On its first run it reads back through your last 12 months, so you start with a full year of history.

Will it make things up?

It is built not to. It only uses numbers that actually appear in your work, and when a win is missing a number, it tells you instead of inventing one.

Is it only for performance reviews?

No. People use it for resume updates, promotion cases, weekly updates to their manager, and just remembering what last month looked like. If you want help with the review itself, the self-review guide walks through it.

Ready to try it?

Free for 30 days, no card. Then $2 per person, per month, billed yearly.
